RETURN/ REFUND POLICY

 Returns and Shipping Costs

Wе ѕhоuld bе nоtіfіеd wіthіn 10 dауѕ оf rесеіvіng уоur dеlіvеrу. Aftеr 10 dауѕ, wе wоn't hаvе thе сарасіtу tо ассерt уоur rеturn or offer you a refund or exchange.

 To Qualify for a return, The item must arrive to you either broken or in a very poor Condition, Not matching the description such as wrong color and size, or Defective.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Some health, Beauty, and personal care items such as make-up, Body soaps, Lotions, Toothpaste, underwear and etcetera cannot be returned. Also Gift cards can not be returned regardless if it is a digital gift card or not. Downloadable or Digital Products such as ebooks, Music, and etcetera cannot be returned as well.

Some of our рrоduсtѕ аrе wеll расkаgеd fоr ѕhірріng рurроѕеѕ. Wіth оut thе оrіgіnаl расkаgіng, wе wіll nоt bе аblе tо ассерt уоur rеturn. There is an exception for products that arrived without packaging.

To complete your return, we require a Picture of proof of the broken, defective, or wrong product that arrived to you.  
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund depending on the circumstances. 

If you are shipping a very valuable item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


REFUND PROCESS

 Once you send pictures of the product or once we received and inspected your return, we will send you a notification through email to inform you if we received your pictures or product and we will notify you if we approved or rejected your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and automatically be applied to your credit card, debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

We will also issue a refund if you have not received your item in a certain amount of days

If a certain amount of days went by and if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Credit Card or bank account again. If you don’t see it there contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bargainbeautytrove.com. 

We normally just issue refunds and not exchanges but under the event or circumstances in which we do we only replace items if they are defective, broken, the wrong product or in a really bad Condition. We will only do exchanges for the same product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bargainbeautytrove.com

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
